Spoonable does not use any preservatives in our sauces. Nevertheless their shelf  life, prior to opening, is 2-3 years because of the high content of fat and sugar, which are natural preservatives.

Unopened jars should definitely be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sun.

Once opened Spoonable caramel sauces should be kept in the refrigerator and ideally consumed within a year.

They may be fine after a year but a year in a refrigerator is a very long time — odors drift. (Really, you shouldn’t keep anything in your fridge after a year. But if you do, taste it first before using. And by the way WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?)

Spoonable’s products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. We don’t use most of these foods in our sauces but you should be aware of potential contamination.

 

Shipping
Wholesale/vendor orders please allow up to 10 business days to ship out your order. If you have an urgent order there may be a surcharge for overnight or two-day delivery.

For individuals ordering our turn-around is usually under 7 days. Please let us know if you need a faster delivery time.

Spoonable offers overnight delivery via USPS for an extra charge. Most of our packages are shipped using USPS priority mail, which is very reliable.

We can ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

We cannot offer international shipping at this time.

Spoonable llc is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS or USPS due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.

We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately, we can’t guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands. If a package is greatly damaged, however, please contact us.

 

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return Spoonable products in their original, unopened packaging for a refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. That means you. Because of the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.
