The owners of one of those companies, Przemek Adolf and Monika Lukzak of Saucy By Nature, had another far-reaching idea when they decided to invite other food entrepreneurs in NYC into a group where they could share tips and contacts, ingredient purchasing and a lot of other things that make a small business grow.
And so Fare Trade NYC was born — a collective bringing the best of artisanal food to NYC and beyond. See the companies currently involved at the Fare Trade website.
We love it when our vendors get into the Spirit of the Sauce. Atwater’s is a superb gourmet market in Baltimore, D.C. and Northern Virginia. The Belvedere Square market carries our Spoonable caramel sauces and Brooklyn Butterscotch. They recently sent us this photo of their display. Beautiful and delicious!

Spoonable is national now. Ok, it’s on a small scale. But still! We recently got our sauces are into Walt Churchill’s Markets in Ohio.
