Spicy Chili Caramel Rice Crispy Treats

caramel rice crispy treatHang on to your socks! This is an absolutely delicious riff on the classic Rice Crispy treats by my friend Kizzy. Slightly spicy with a crunch and some gooeyness — what more could you ask for?

4Tbs butter
10 oz pkg mini marshmallows
5.5 c. puffed rice cereal
7.75 oz Spoonable SpicyCchili caramel

Put butter in a large microwave safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds or until melted.
Pour marshmallows into the bowl and toss until coated with butter.
Microwave for 1 minute.
Stir until melted.
Stir in caramel until smooth.
Add cereal.
Stir until all cereal is coated.
Use wet hands or buttered spatula to press into a well buttered pan.
Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Cut into squares with a buttered knife or spatula.
